All classes available in Spanish and English. Childcare is provided and program is free of cost. 

9 sessions to help parents understand and successufly navigate the special education system. 

Parents meet 1x/week for 2.5 hours. Sessions cover Understanding the IEP, Effective Communication, Pre-ARD, ARD and Post ARD, Special Education Law and Testing and Transition Planning. 

Parents must have a child enrolled in special education services through the school district (ages 3-21).

Parents must call 512-850-8281 to register for classes.

Class dates are as follows: 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29 and  6/5
